Just like everyone else, I live. This is what I discover.
Yesterday I did 5 wide grip pull up and then 5 shoulder width(standard) grip pull ups without dropping from the bar. Today I did 10 standard grip pull ups in one set. I’ve never done more than 9 before this, and even when I did those 9 the last two weren’t all the way. I reached double digit pull ups :) Feels good!
